The Concrete Pump with Driver/Operator will arrive on-site on a delivery date and time agreed by the as and Customer. Although all times agreed or quoted by the Company are adhered to as strictly as possible, these times are approximate. In the very rare occurrence of a delay, the Customer will be kept informed of the delay as and when it happens.
You have the right to cancel your order with no charge 24 hours (working days) before the agreed date and time of delivery. If cancellation is within this 24 hour period please refer to our Rates of Hire for Cancellation Charges. It is your responsibility to give notice of your wish to cancel by contacting us by telephone and speaking to a company representative.
We take pride in providing a professional and helpful service to our Customers from start to finish. We take any problems that do arise seriously. We aim to ensure that any complaints our Customers may have are identified and dealt with quickly.
In the event that you have any cause for complaint with regard to our Service please provide a written explanation of the matter; detailing the nature of the complaint within 14 days of the date provided. This can be faxed, emailed or posted.
